Meeting Information

We usually meet every third Wednesday of the month.

Meetings start at 7:30pm and are held in the hall at the rear of the Mary Help of Christian Catholic Church (St. Mary's).
Corner Main South Road and Bains Road,
Morphett Vale.

In December we meet early to avoid the Christmas Rush and meet on the First Wednesday of the Month

Our next Meeting is  to be held on Wednesday 19th February starting at 7.30pm.

Twitter and Instagram.

If you read the news, one discovers that Donald
Trump uses Twitter to rage and spit pretty frequently and seems quite at ease
telling us how good he is.  It can be very powerful.

Cameron will give a good overview of both programs and how to set them up on
different devices and install them and use them . .  (or not) as you see
fit.

However - whatever you may think of using these programs you will find the
night quite enlightening and entertaining

We have visited this topic before, but the presentation will be all encompassing over desktop: laptop: - PC and Apple - with information on tablets, Smartphones and iPhones.

A must “see” on “how to” implement backup strategies

This will be both an informative and interesting evening.

This will give you the opportunity to ask questions and obtain tips from the expert.

Have you recently acquired a computer, or do you just want to learn more about operating computers? Then consider the  Southern Districts Computer Users Club Inc.

It is a friendly computer club for users of PCs. We have various members who will assist other members with the problems or questions that they may have with computers and/or software.

Visitors are most welcome;

A door fee of $3 per person is levied to all visitors and members, which in

cludes the Newsletter plus coffee/tea and biscuits. Visitors may attend three meetings before becoming a financial member at a current cost of $20 per year.

The club is a self-help group, which holds workshops and/or demonstrations on various computer programs, equipment, and the correct operating and maintenance of your computers.

Club evenings are opportunities for members and visitors to have hands on experience, so, if you need to refresh your skills or learn new ones, please come along to our meetings.

We invite you to visit our club and meet our members. Enjoy a friendly chat or inquire about one of the classes run by the club. Most classes runs for six weeks and are of a moderate cost.
